Which neighborhoods in Metro Atlanta do you serve?

We serve all major neighborhoods in Metro Atlanta, including Buckhead, Decatur, Midtown, Sandy Springs, and more. Check our Service Areas page for a full list, or contact us if you’re unsure.

Do you charge extra for inspections in certain areas?

We do not charge extra based on location within Metro Atlanta. Our fees are consistent and based on the property type and size, not the neighborhood. 

How far outside of Atlanta will you travel for an inspection?

We primarily serve Metro Atlanta and its surrounding neighborhoods, but we can accommodate requests further out on a case-by-case basis. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Are there specific concerns you look for in Atlanta homes?

Yes, we are familiar with common issues in the Atlanta area, such as foundation settling, moisture-related problems, and aging HVAC systems. Our local expertise helps us identify region-specific concerns.

Do you inspect homes in gated communities or high-rise condos?

Yes, we are equipped to perform inspections in gated communities, high-rise condos, and other unique residential settings. Please provide any necessary gate codes or building access information when booking. 

What types of properties do you inspect?

How long does it take to get the inspection report?

How far in advance should I schedule a home inspection?

We recommend scheduling your home inspection at least 3-5 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, we also offer flexible scheduling options and can accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. 

Do I need to be present for the home inspection?

While it’s not mandatory, we highly encourage clients to be present during the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see any areas of concern firsthand. If you can’t attend, rest assured that our thorough report will provide all the details you need. 

Will I understand the inspection report?

Absolutely. We design our reports to be easy to read and understand. They include high-quality images, clear descriptions, and straightforward recommendations. If you have questions after reviewing your report, our team is happy to discuss the details with you.
